CLIENT POLICY

Please take a moment to read all of the following information:



  • ARRIVE ON TIME: Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. 

 

  • LATE ARRIVAL: All appointments begin and end on time so the next client is not delayed. We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please text the Center and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed, or you may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to do the service you want in a shorter time period. **PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact the Center that you are running late and it has passed 15 minutes past your appointment, the Center will automatically cancel your appointment after 15 minutes past your appointment and will be considered a No Call/No Show. 

 

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW: Anyone who forgets, consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, or doesn't call/text will be considered a “no-show” after 15min past their appointment time. You will be charged for the full price of the service since that time slot is wasted and another client can't get in the door, potentially one that really needed some work done that day. Note: If you had planned to use a Gift Certificate it will be voided or if you would be using your Monthly Membership Massage you will lose the credit for that month.

 

  • ILLNESS: If you have any flu/cold symptoms, coughing, sneezing, fever, etc or other contagious viral or bacterial infection, please text or call to RESCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK. Therapist has the right to refuse service if notice any symptoms. You will not be charged to rescheduling. If you have tested positive for Covid, you will need to wait 14 days before receiving treatment. Should you develop symptoms of COVID-19, or test positive, within 2 weeks of your last session, please let us know so we can self-quarantine and let others know who may have been exposed. If you are waiting for the results of a COVID test, we will need to reschedule your appointment till you are sure you are negative for the virus. If you had prepaid for the appointment and wish not to reschedule at this time, you will receive it as a credit on your account or gift card of the full amount. In some circumstances, if refund for pre-paid service is approved by the owner, there will be a 20% refund fee from the amount of the service.
     
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER: If Bell County area is under a severe weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule at no charge. Additionally, in the event of severe weather Rosa's Natural Healing Center follows the KISD Public Schools closing schedules.
     
  • PRE-PAID APPOINTMENTS: Prepaid appointments may be rescheduled online or by phone at any time. If for any reason you request to cancel your future pre-paid appointment and you are not rescheduling, the appointment will be issued as a credit in your account or gift card in the full amount to be used for any future appointments. 

      In certain circumstances, at the discretion of the owner, if a refund is approved for a pre-paid appointment , there will be a 20% refund fee and refund will be

returned to the same credit card that was used. 


  • CONDUCT/ETIQUETTE: Please silence all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival in our spa/ treatment areas and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress. 
     
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. 
     
  • REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds, or exchanges on services, prepaid series, packages, gift certificates, gift cards, or purchased products at any time. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. 
     
  • PRICING DISCLAIMER: All prices may be changed any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices and our service prices at anytime without notice. 
     
  • PAYMENT & TIPPING: We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, cashapp, AfterPay and all major credit cards but not personal checks. Services pricing does not include tips. 
     
  •  GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are available online or at the Center. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service.
     
  • PACKAGES: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used within 2 years of the purchase date. 
     
  • MEMBERSHIP: Membership purchased are not refundable. Must give text/email notice to cancel membership. Unused credits will roll-over for 12 months. After the 12th month it will drop. No call/no show will result in lose of that credit for that month. Only able to gift 2 credits per year for a friend/family member. Any additional sessions and/or product purchase for that month will receive 20% off from original price.

 

  • CHILDREN: To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children 17 and younger receiving treatment will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Rosa's Natural Healing Center has the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our atmosphere.
     

I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.

I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.

I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.

I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. 

By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.

 

 These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapist time and other clients be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing atmosphere. 


Cherry Financing Policy at Rosa’s Natural Healing Center

 At Rosa’s Natural Healing Center, we value the convenience of Cherry financing for our clients. Please take note of the following policy details:


 Client Responsibility: • All customers are responsible for managing their own Cherry accounts.


 Refund Policy: • There will be no cash refunds on any Cherry financing transactions.


Appointment and Payment Verification: • Clients are responsible for maintaining their appointments and verifying payments through the Cherry platform.


 Cancellation Policy: • No call, no-shows will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment, and the corresponding funds will not be refunded.


 Cancellation Procedure: • To cancel an appointment, kindly contact the office at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of funds.


 Liability Disclaimer: Rosa’s Natural Healing Center is not responsible or liable if a client is unable to complete the series of sessions purchased with Cherry financing.


Refund Clarification: • Once again, please be aware that there will be no cash refunds. Finances received through Cherry will always be rendered in conjunction with the provision of services.

Cash Returns Policy at Rosa’s Natural Healing Center

At Rosa’s Natural Healing Center, we appreciate your understanding regarding our cash returns policy. Please take note of the following:


No Cash Returns: • We do not facilitate cash returns on any transactions, as part of our standard policy.

Owner’s Discretion: • In certain exceptional cases, if deemed necessary by the owner, a return may be considered.

 Retainment Fee: • For approved returns, there will be a 40% retention fee deducted from the total refund amount.
